Summary[edit]

Figure 3: Results of a successful deployment of the Liquid Robotics Wave Glider with biogeochemical sensor package (T, S, O2, pCO2, gas tension, chlorophyll) in the open ocean around the Cape Verde archipelago off West Africa in May/June 2015. The Wave Glider was deployed near the island of Santo Antão and programmed to sail to the Cape Verde Ocean Observatory (17.6°N, 24.3°W) where it performed repeated short meridional sections.
